Refunds, Remakes & Returns Policy

At Fayetastic Essentials, each product is handcrafted with care. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns.

No Refunds – Remake Only Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not issued.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Fayetastic Essentials will remake and replace the item at no additional cost once the issue is verified.

To qualify for a remake:
• The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Photo or video evidence must be provided
• The product must be unused or minimally tested

Once approved, a replacement will be remade and shipped.

Partial Resolution (Discretionary)

In rare situations, Fayetastic Essentials may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

This option is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Return Window

All concerns must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for review.

What Is Not Eligible

The following are not eligible for remakes, refunds, or credits:
• Change of mind
• Preference-based issues (scent strength, texture, color)
• Improper storage or misuse
• Claims submitted after 7 days
• Normal variations due to handcrafted production
